CHIEF COMMERCIAL CREDIT OFFICER
Responsible to manage, direct and control all areas of the commercial credit activities (Commercial Real Estate and Business Lending) of the Bank, specifically with respect to financial analysis, underwriting and portfolio management.
Will be responsible to provide guidance to credit analysts and other departmental staff as necessary with respect to the Bank's credit policies, underwriting standards, credit administration practices and compliance with banking regulations.
Must establish a strong commercial credit culture within the Bank.
Will be required to make appropriate recommendations to the Bank's Loan Committee with respect to credit risk.
This is an executive level position reporting directly to the CEO. Desired Skills and Expertise Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business required.
Specialized formal commercial credit training a plus.
Minimum of 7
years of senior credit level credit analysis or commercial lending experience within a banking institution.
Formal CRE appraisal review training beneficial.
Exceptional analytical, problem resolution and critical thinking skills required as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel.
Position requires hands on involvement. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
