Assist in the delivery of personalized, professional and quality patient care, internal and external customer service Assume responsibility and accountability for the patient Assist with nursing care for the patient to include:
the assessment, planning, implementation, education, management and evaluation of the patient within the standards of nursing and therapeutic care and operational guidelines Prepare all departmental paperwork Enter and retrieve patient information from the Hospital Information System (HIS) Assist the patient through all phases of their therapy as needed in an on-going basis QualificationsPosition Requirements:
Master's degree in Exercise Physiology or Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science (with a concentration in cardiac rehab preferred) 1 year experience required; 3 years of experience preferred Previous employment in a cardiovascular setting preferred Previous Telemetry Experience ACSM Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist or ACSM Clinical Exercise Specialist preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification Recommended Skills Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Basic Life Support Clinical Works Customer Service Health Care Hospital Information Systems Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
