Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized work station Pre-buss tables, clean & reset tables quickly.
Assist hosts, servers, bartenders and management to turn tables over as fast as possible Perform opening and closing tasks as assigned by the manager Assist with special events as needed (e.
g.
birthday parties) Assist with special projects as needed (e.
g.
cleaning) Run food when scheduled as a food runner as well as whenever needed.
Ability to carry multiple plates as well as trays is a plus.
Complete all other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Must be willing to perform other duties as assigned by management.
Must be willing to work nights as well.
Must be willing to work weekends if needed.
Must be willing to work holidays if needed.
MUST be willing to work overtime if needed.
MUST be willing to work holidays, weekends, or overtime shifts when needed.
MUST be willing to stand for extended periods of time, including, but not limited to, standing during service periods.
