Who You Are A professional and tech savvy project coordinator/manager who can think critically about production and inventory to manage day to day operations of contract packaging.
You communicate effectively and appropriately at all levels, internally and externally.
You are capable of working with clients and suppliers to ensure consistent and on time production.
You are organized, detail oriented, strive for perfection, work well in a fast paced, team environment and are driven to deliver uncompromising value.
You are willing to both leverage tools provided in order to be successful and continue to learn.
Some of What You Will Do Coordinate project management and production activities, resources, and information Perform system processing of purchase orders, sales orders, work orders, assembly builds, item receipts and fulfillments, inclusive of prioritization and expediting of packaging materials and components with suppliers Liaise with clients and manufacturing partners to maintain inventory Assure clear and appropriate communication with clients and suppliers to ensure requirements are met Oversee project procurement activities Analyze risks and opportunities Monitor production progress and handle any issues that arise Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants Work with the Project Management Supervisor to eliminate obstacles Use tools to project timeline, plans and expenditures Collect and issue all appropriate and required paperwork (i.
e.
COC, COA, batch records, reports) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Ensure standards and requirements are met Perform system transactions and maintenance Experience a plus in reconciling, tracking and maintaining inventor What You Need Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word Experience working within an ERP system, NetSuite experience a plus Must possess excellent analytical skills and be able to prioritize and multi-task Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven work experience in project coordination/management or similar role Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans Ability to read or understand print layouts and drawings a plus Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management Strong client-facing and teamwork skills Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control Must be able to work in a group and independently within a fast paced and casual atmosphere Some college preferred 2-5 years project coordination/management, production and/or printing experience Sonic is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
